A unique sauce with a spicy Asian taste that seems like it contains ground meat, but actually has no meat at all. No heat, except for when cooking the rice pasta, is necessary. This is a quick and easy recipe that requires only mixing.

Brown Rice Pasta/White Rice Pasta 9 oz

(Veggie Meat)
Mushroom 1 cup
Walnuts ½ cup
Garlic (minced) 1 Tsp
Ginger (minced) 1 Tsp
Green onion 2
Miso paste 2 Tsp
Toasted Sesame oil 2 Tsp
Tamari soy sauce 1 Tsp
Brown rice vinegar 1 Tsp
Agave nectar 1 Tsp
Cayenne pepper ¼ Tsp

(1)Cook brown rice pasta for 2 minutes (white rice pasta for 3 minutes) in boiling water.

(2)Chop finely or mince all the veggie meat ingredients in a food processor, then add seasoning and mix.

(3) Serve the veggie meat on the rice pasta.
